To place an order with Zoopixie, simply add the item you love to your cart from the product page by clicking the green “Add to Cart” button.

Please make sure you’ve selected the correct options (such as size or color). When you're ready, click “Secure Checkout.” Enter your shipping details carefully, then proceed to “Continue to Shipping.”

On the Shipping page, you’ll be able to double-check your address. You’ll notice that shipping is completely free — it’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Zoopixie. Then click “Continue to Payment.”

All transactions are protected with SSL encryption to ensure a secure checkout experience.

We currently accept credit card payments only.

After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order.” You’ll be redirected to a secure payment portal. Follow the steps there to finish your purchase. If you run into any problems, don’t hesitate to contact us.


⏱️ Delivery in 6–10 Business Days

Fell in love with something on our site? We don’t blame you! We aim to ship your order the same day, and typically, you can expect to receive your package within 6–10 business days.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime under the “Track My Order” section on our site.

🔄 Returns

Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to return the item if you're not completely satisfied — no explanation needed. The product must be in new and unused condition.

📦 Return-to-Sender Policy

If a package is not accepted at delivery or is not picked up from the post office and is returned to us, we may deduct £15 from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
